FFS vertical & converting machine
Our Crossweb profiles have three flanges and are designed to fit perfectly on vertical fill, form & seal packaging machines and converting lines. Crossweb zippers have several adjustable options such as its width, its tolerances and the possibility to add a tactile effect.
The zipper is pre-positioned horizontally across the film prior to the filling stage, enabling the bag to be shaped. Ideal for pillow bags or bags with side gussets.
We offer several solutions for left or right insertions.
Our PE (polyethylene) zippers are 100% mono-material and recyclable. Our profiles are manufactured in Europe. Our entire range meets BRCGS certification and is suitable for food contact.
