The shape of the pouch for your custom packaging

The shape of the pouch influences its design, practicality, and shelf display. Our custom packaging adapts to your constraints:

Flat pouch: simple and economical.
Bottom gusset: increases usable volume.
Side gussets: optimize filling and storage.
Stand-up: allows the pouch to stand upright for optimal shelf visibility.
Flat bottom with cardboard insert: very stable, ideal for premium products.
Specific shapes: kangaroo, compartmented, pouch, strip.

Flat pouch
The flat pouch shape is often used for simple bagging. The flat-bottom pouch is available in a kangaroo version with a front pocket for dual functionality (separate).

Bottom gusset
The bottom gusset provides more volume.

Side gussets
The side gussets make it possible to obtain a more voluminous pouch over the entire pouch.

Pouch
Available with or without a bottom gusset, the pouch features a wide opening and is generally presented in a landscape format.

Strip
It is a chain of pre-formed pouches linked together for use on semi-automatic or automatic packaging machines.

Kangaroo
Flat pouch with an integrated front pocket to allow dual functionality.

Compartment
Flat pouch with an added or integrated front pocket for dual functionality.

Stand-up
The stand-up shape allows the pouch to stand upright on shelves. They come in three forms: Doypack®, K-Seal, and Corner Seal.

Flat bottom
Flat-bottom pouches include a cardboard insert that gives the pouch a parallelepiped shape when opened.

The closure systems of your packaging

Packaging must not only protect: it must also be practical and reusable.

Our custom packaging includes different closure systems:

Zip and slider: easy to open and reseal.
Adhesive strip: perfect for e-commerce shipments.
Hermetic systems: essential for sensitive products.

We also offer reinforced seals to ensure strength.

The zip:
The “press-to-close” profile allows easy opening and resealing of the packaging. Practical and durable, it can be integrated into the pouch or added to it. A very wide range of zip closures is available to suit your needs (opening forces, sensory feel, automatic alignment, etc.).

The slider:
Available in metal or plastic in different colors, the sliding closure (slider) is aesthetic, reusable, and suitable for multiple uses.

The adhesive flap:
Permanent or repositionable closure, the adhesive flap allows easy manual packaging.

The spout:
Ideal for the stand-up pouch, the spout facilitates the filling of liquid products and allows the contents to be poured.

The integrated metal tie (TIN-TIE):
Allows the pouch to be closed by adjusting its height to the contents.

Closure accessories:
Accessories allow pouches without an integrated closure to be resealed: bundle, edge-to-edge… Easy to use, they are suitable for manual packaging.

Air holes:
Hole with or without seal, punched, microperforation spaced 10 x 10 mm over the entire pouch

Cutting:
Pre-cut on the pouch film to facilitate opening “easy open,” cut corners, notch, dotted lines

Seals:
Fine or wide seals

Opening method:
Manual or semi-automatic, from the top or the bottom, tamper-evident system
