Medical and pharmaceutical packaging
Protecting your medical and pharmaceutical products
Whether medical or pharmaceutical, your sensitive products require reliable, hygienic, and traceable packaging. We design flexible pouches, including the Minigrip® range, adapted to the sector’s constraints: enhanced protection, security, and ease of storage.
Our solutions support the daily needs of hospitals, pharmacies, and laboratories: grouping and identifying samples, protecting devices and consumables, or packaging photosensitive products with the Minigrip® anti-UV version.
Types of pharmaceutical packaging: where the flexible pouch fits in
In the pharmaceutical industry, we distinguish between primary packaging, in direct contact with the product (blister, vial, unit dose sachet), and secondary packaging, which groups, protects, and identifies units during storage and transport.
The resealable flexible pouch is secondary packaging: its zip closure allows part of the contents to be removed and then resealed, without compromising the rest of the batch. It is used to group devices, package samples, identify products in pharmacies, and protect against humidity and light.
For direct contact or specific needs, the material and closure are studied on a case-by-case basis for custom packaging.
Minigrip® with kangaroo pouch for your accompanying documents
The external pouch (known as a kangaroo pouch) keeps accompanying documents separate, protected from the contents of the pouch. Ideal for transporting a sample with its tracking sheet, without cross-contamination.
Analysis laboratories and dental prosthetists use it to securely combine samples and order forms.
Minigrip® with writing area to identify your samples
Three white bands allow you to write the patient’s name, content type, or instructions directly on the pouch. Clear identification, valued in laboratories and hospitals, simplifies tracking while maintaining hygiene.

Protect and conceal liquid pouches
Made from opaque and resistant material, these pouches secure liquid pouches and keep them out of sight. An additional barrier against tampering, suitable for transport and management of pouches in hospitals.

In hospitals, preventing contamination is vital. Our polypropylene pouches with a permanent self-adhesive flap protect shared items such as remote controls and phones. Easy to apply, they limit the spread of nosocomial infections and enhance patient safety.

Slider pouch: grouping daily medications
Resealable with a simple gesture, the slider pouch helps patients to group and organize their medications. Pharmacists can offer or give it as a commercial gesture, a practical service that builds loyalty.
Reusable many times, it is part of an eco-responsible approach: fewer disposable containers, a sustainable solution. It is also suitable for hygiene and cosmetic products.
A custom solution for every need
Do your products have specific constraints? We design custom pouches: dimensions, material, closure (zip, slider), welding, shape, or micro-perforation. From surgical accessories to diagnostic devices, each solution combines practicality, technicality, and robustness.
