Jewelry and watch packaging
French manufacturer of flexible pouches for the jewelry industry
Our pouches for the jewelry industry
Our resealable flexible pouches protect jewelry, watches, and precious stones from dust, moisture, and scratches, from storage to shipping. Manufactured in France, they adapt to the volumes of designers as well as retail chains.
Jewelry pouch: protection against oxidation and scratches
A piece of jewelry degrades through contact and exposure. Flexible packaging addresses both:
- Smooth surface: the film does not scratch polished metals or stones.
- Resealable closure: the zipper limits exchanges with ambient air and keeps dust and moisture at bay, two factors that accelerate the tarnishing of silver as well as copper alloys, brass, and bronze.
- Puncture resistance: the highest thicknesses withstand points and clasps without tearing.
- Light protection: a UV-resistant version is available for pieces sensitive to radiation.
The Minigrip® pouch remains the reference for small pieces, and the Joker® strip for batch packaging of watches. The slider pouch provides more comfortable opening in-store.
Eco-friendly jewelry packaging
Our pouches for the jewelry industry are designed with recyclable and recycled materials, which reduces the environmental impact of packaging without compromising protection.
- Recycled materials: post-consumer recycled polyethylene is perfectly suited to non-food uses such as jewelry.
- Bio-based materials: polyethylene derived from sugarcane reduces reliance on fossil resources.
- Source reduction: we optimize thicknesses to use less material at equal performance.
- Regional and European manufacturing: our factories are located in France, Germany, and Spain.
Custom jewelry packaging: printing and finishes
Packaging extends the brand experience to the end customer:
- Printing: digital, flexography, gravure, or offset, depending on volume and desired finish.
- Finishes: matte, satin, or glossy.
- Formats: from diamond pouches to formats adapted to necklaces and bracelets.
- Practical options: writing area for reference or price, hanging hole for in-store display, rounded corners.

For small pieces, rings, earrings, or stones, the resealable Minigrip® pouch is the most common format. For necklaces and bracelets, larger dimensions and reinforced thickness are preferred. For batch packaging of watches, the Joker® strip allows machine filling.
It contributes by limiting exposure to moisture and dust, two factors that accelerate the oxidation of silver. A resealable zipper closure reduces exchanges with ambient air. For pieces sensitive to light, a UV-resistant version is available in the Minigrip® range.
Yes. Printing can be done in digital, flexography, gravure, or offset, with matte, satin, or glossy finishes. Formats, thicknesses, and practical options such as writing area or hanging hole are also customizable. Discover the possibilities on the custom packaging page.
Several references in the range are made from post-consumer recycled or bio-based polyethylene from sugarcane, and are recyclable. Jewelry being a non-food use, it is particularly well suited to recycled materials. Our complete approach is detailed in Flexico’s 8Rs.
