The Joker® packaging system combines a packaging machine with pre-formed pouches. With a small footprint, it is flexible, economical, ergonomic, and allows for quick and easy pouch format changes. This innovative packaging solution is perfectly suited for VSEs/SMEs looking for a complete solution to accelerate their production and optimize bagging. It is suitable for all business sectors and can be integrated into existing production lines.

A system that combines simplicity, flexibility, and performance!

A chain of pre-formed, linked pouches moves towards the filling area, guided by rails that, thanks to their spacing, open the pouches, allowing for manual or automatic filling. The pouches are then sealed and separated individually. The machine’s ease of use allows operators to work with peace of mind and perform the few necessary maintenance operations themselves, without difficulty.

Highly flexible, the Joker® bagging machine allows you to easily change pouches according to your production needs and adjust the spacing of the rails that guide your pouches to the filling station.

We offer a complete and flexible solution from a wide range of standard machines, which are themselves configurable and adaptable. These machines measure between 3m and 5m, and 7 models are currently available.
The numerous options provide great flexibility and allow for a machine adaptable to all needs: work table, pedal, support belt, compression and vibration unit, filling equipment, zip, printing, cardboard insert…
