We offer a range of recycled bags. We use various recycled materials

– industrial post-consumer waste (pallet film, etc.)
– recycled MPR from production waste

To guarantee our production of recycled bags, we have two regranuleuses to recover and recycle our waste in-house.

Recycled Bags

The recyclability of packaging is essential for our environment. We are working on recyclable single-material solutions in PP or PE.

We also have complex recyclable solutions with protective layers for aromas, oxygen barriers, etc.

Today, 99% of the products we sell (zips and bags) are recyclable.

Minigrip® Original

As part of our drive to offer recycled solutions, we reincorporate recycled plastic (MPR) into our packaging.

We participate in the circular economy by recycling our own waste and external waste via our recycling workshop.

The material from our production is regranulated and reincorporated into the manufacture of our recycled bags. In this way, we reduce the quantity of waste and give it a second life.

 

As part of our roadmap, we are committed to reducing the weight of our packaging while offering the same intrinsic properties.

Reduce our ecological impact with our various sites in Europe. Reducing our waste, both production waste and internal waste.

All these small actions will enable us to reduce our carbon footprint and offer a greener future.

We offer reusable bags for the same or similar use, when the bag is not waste.

Our products are reusable thanks to their resealable nature and are often diverted from their primary use, which extends their lifespan.

We go even further in our approach: we sell our zip profiles on reusable spools. We collect our reels from our customers so that they can be cleaned and reused for the same purpose.

We are working on an eco-responsible approach in the development of our products, but also in the management of the company.

For many years, we have been offering resealable PE (polyethylene) and PP (polypropylene) plastic bags that can be recycled in France and abroad.

We also offer a range of recycled, recyclable and bio-sourced products made from sugar cane, reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

We are a manufacturer of resealable solutions, from bags to zips.

Resealable solutions extend the shelf life of products and reduce food waste.

Finally, to help reduce food waste worldwide, Flexico® is taking part in the SAVE FOOD initiative. The aim is to develop and implement a programme to reduce food loss and waste.

Our products are manufactured locally, limiting transport to our various production plants across Europe (Germany and Spain).

We value local labour with our two production plants in the Oise region.

Our products are made in Europe and our transporters are selected to reduce the distance travelled by the product between our factories and our customers, and to reduce our CO2 emissions.
