We manufacture “zip” closure system solutions that simplify users’ lives. The zip allows for bag reuse and better preservation of its contents. We have developed the Click&Pour® zip, which allows you to pour the bag’s contents with ease and reclose it simply to preserve the contents. The zip is food contact approved.
Equipped with a self-aligning multi-track hook profile and an opposing single-hook profile, the Click&Pour allows for:
- Providing a pouring spout function to better pour and dose products;
- Preventing residue formation on the zip;
- Successful intuitive closure with every use.
Technical aspect: The zip has a width of 13 mm, allowing it to adapt to all types and sizes of bags (PE, paper, kraft, etc.). Our closure profile has been developed for FFS and converting machines, without requiring modifications. It provides packaging manufacturers with a unique, high-performance, and easy-to-implement solution.
The zip is mono-material 100% recyclable PE.

User experience has led us to understand the limitations of standard closure uses. It was particularly difficult to pour and dose certain products, such as fine powders or powdery products. The Click&Pour® addresses this need to facilitate precise pouring of bag contents while retaining the advantages of a zip: preservation, reuse.
The Click&Pour® is a substitute for stand-up pouches with a pouring cap. The full opening of the bag provides better visibility of the contents and gives it a dual functionality: the use of a classic bag and the use of a pouring spout.
Furthermore, its recyclability is enhanced by the use of a mono-material, neutral, and thin plastic.
