After several years in Paris, we were severely lacking space. We then chose to move to Hénonville, a charming village in the Oise region. This new site marked a key stage in our history, offering our teams the necessary space to innovate and develop.

After our establishment in France, ASF, now integrated into the Flexico group, set up in Germany near Nuremberg. This establishment allowed us to strengthen our proximity to our German customers, improve our responsiveness, and develop lasting relationships at the heart of Europe.
The first successful heart transplant, like our transplant with Minigrip Belgium
Continuing our expansion, we also chose to establish production in Belgium. This decision allowed us to strengthen our local presence, provide closer support to our Belgian customers, and consolidate our European foothold.

The creation of our converting plant in Maignelay marked a key stage. In Hénonville, we handle the extrusion of sleeves, the first step in pouch production, while in Maignelay we focus on converting. This distribution strengthens our quality, fluidity, and ability to meet customer needs.
This year saw the birth of the Web, initially seen as a gadget before changing the world.
It was a bold and surprising innovation: the extrusion of the first Zipgrip directly onto film. An original idea that perfectly illustrates our spirit of inventiveness and our desire to provide unprecedented solutions. A big step for the industry that allowed the zip to become a major standard.

Continuing our development in Europe, the Spanish plant near Barcelona joined the Flexico group. This acquisition brings us closer to our Spanish customers and strengthens our international presence, always guided by proximity and responsiveness.
