Eco-friendly closure system for recyclable mono-material films.
Our Easy Crush zips were developed to meet the growing need for eco-responsibility: using less material and adapting to recyclable mono-material films.
The specific feature of Easy Crush closure profiles is that they allow crushing and sealability at lower temperatures than a standard zip (up to 50°C lower). This profile therefore makes it possible to achieve clean, leak-free seals when forming the pouch. The sealing layer is suitable for PE or PP films depending on the references.
Our zippers are 100% mono-material PE or PP and recyclable in countries with appropriate recycling infrastructure.
Our Easy Crush 102A/3 single-hook zipper is available with ISCC+ chemical recycled material.
All of our closure systems are manufactured in France in BRCGS-approved facilities and are suitable for food contact.
