The Joker® system consists of a wide range of standard machines for horizontal or vertical filling of bags. Several options are available to customize the machine (work table, conveyor, printer…) to adapt the solution to each operator, ensuring efficient, fast and safe work.
The concept is based on a chain of pre-made bags that moves along the rails. These bags are supported and opened by the rails to simplify filling. The bags then pass through a sealing unit where they are closed, sealed and separated.
The packaging machine opens several bags at once and automatically closes them after filling (heat fusion sealing). The machine is modular and adapts according to bag size (narrow to wide opening) and our customers’ needs. The touch interface allows easy modification of speed and filling mode, which can be manual, semi or fully automatic, horizontal or vertical.
Pronova machines are ergonomic, configurable and adaptable, they can be easily integrated into production lines. Their operation is simple, adjustment and changeovers are quick. Flexico® offers easy financing and support for machine installation. Maintenance is provided by our teams and spare parts are supplied on demand.
