Zipgrip® Easy Crush in PE
Eco-responsible closure system for recyclable mono-material films
Our Easy Crush zips have been developed to meet the growing need for eco-responsibility: with less material and to adapt to single-material recyclable films.
The special feature of Easy Crush zipper profiles is that they can be crushed and sealed at lower temperatures than conventional zippers (up to 50°C lower). This profile ensures clean, leak-free seams during bag forming. The sealing layer is suitable for PE or PP films, depending on the part number.
Our zips are 100% single-material PE or PP, and can be recycled in countries with suitable recycling channels.
Our Easy Crush 102A/3 single-hook zipper is available with ISCC+ chemical recycled material.
All our fastening systems are manufactured in France in BRCGS-approved workshops, and are suitable for food contact.
