Zipgrip® PE for crossweb applications

Our Crossweb profiles feature three flanges and are designed to fit perfectly on vertical packaging machines and converting (forming) machines. Crossweb zips offer several adjustable options such as width, tolerances, and the required tactile feel.

The zip is pre-applied horizontally across the film, transversely, before the filling step, to enable pouch forming. Ideal for pillow pouches or side-gusset bags.

We offer solutions for any left- or right-side guiding.

Our PE (polyethylene) zips are 100% mono-material and recyclable. Our profiles are made in France, and we support local employment. Our entire range meets BRCGS certification and is suitable for food contact.
