Depending on the required load resistance, the bags can be made from PE or PP in a range of thicknesses. The bag itself can be manufactured with a film thickness of up to 100 microns, while the reinforced header can be up to 320 microns thick.

100% recyclable bags
Our reinforced header bags are made entirely from the same material, either PE or PP. Both the film and the reinforced header are manufactured exclusively from plastic.
This mono-material design provides optimal recyclability. Reinforced header bags can also be produced using either virgin or recycled material.
The primary purpose of a pegboard bag is to feature a seal between the Euro slot and the main body of the bag, preventing products from escaping through the hanging hole.
As the Euro slot is 32 mm wide, it could otherwise create a significant risk of product loss.

Our PE and PP reinforced header bag ranges are fully recyclable. Despite the greater thickness of the reinforced header, it can still be processed through existing recycling streams.
We can also manufacture reinforced header bags using recycled materials, helping to reduce their carbon footprint and limit the use of virgin plastic.
