We ship goods within 48 hours depending on available stock; delivery takes 5 business days from the final order confirmation. Our sales department will contact you directly and send you your order confirmation.
Partial deliveries are not possible; we deliver the entire order. In the event of a stockout, we will contact you automatically.
It is possible to cancel an order free of charge up to 12:00 PM after validation. Indeed, to ensure fast delivery, we process requests as quickly as possible. In case of cancellation, you can click the cancellation button in the orders section; however, it is essential to contact the Sales Administration department at 03 44 49 49 49 or at [email protected] to ensure the goods have not been shipped.
In the event of an order cancellation when the goods have already been sent, the outward and return shipping costs will be invoiced to you, as well as management fees in the amount of €75 excl. VAT (see T).
Fees in the amount of €14.99 excl. VAT will be added if the order does not reach €150 excl. VAT.
We do not have delivery charges for shipments or deliveries within mainland France. It is not possible to order on the flexico.com website from outside mainland France.

You will receive a confirmation email; click on the link to access your account.
In the event of a damaged box, you can refuse the delivery or note reservations on the carrier’s waybill; a procedure will automatically be initiated with the carrier and we will send you replacement products as soon as possible. In case of a dispute with the carrier, send your request directly to the following email address: [email protected]
